Creating a Contact Form will help vistors contact your organization.
  1. Click the Add a Page button at the bottom of your site menu.
  2. Select ContactForm from the Page Type options.
  3. Enter a Page title such as "Contact Us".
  4. Place any instructions or notes in the "Notes to Visitor" field.
  5. Enter in any additional email addresses that you want to recieve the form submission into the "Emails to CC" field, you can additional fields by clicking the add button.
  6. Click the Submit button to save and publish the updates to your site.
  7. Click the Cancel button if you do not wish to add the Contact Form.
